Well having two teenagers who need to eat gluten free are certainly a challenge!
Below are the items that pass the taste test and thankfully are gluten free!
This is my main shopping list and from there I basically cook from scratch the “good stuff”! Tom Sawyer flour is a godsend! I encourage you to pick up the Tom Sawyer flour as well as almond flour by Honeywell. These two flours have been making it so easy for me to switch to gluten free. I like cooking with Almond flour because it is healthier and has a higher protein content and mimics wheat bread texture. The Tom Sawyer flour has more of a white bread texture and is great for buttermilk biscuits, breading chicken/fish and making a nice loaf of italian bread…
